Warringah Aquatic Swim Club has developed this COVID-19 Safety Plan to create and maintain a safe environment for you, your swimmers, volunteers, coaches and visitors. This will help slow the spread of COVID-19 and ensure our swimmers can still participate in training and activities. The plan may be updated in the future as restrictions and advice changes.
Please do the right thing! Follow the rules; stay home if unwell and get tested, even with the minimal of symptoms; always maintain physical distancing when out and about; and ensure good hand hygiene.
If you have travelled, visited Victoria or the NSW hotspots in the past 14 days, stay in isolation for 14 days and get tested before coming out of self isolation.
Please read our latest COVID Safety plan here updated 17 July, 2020.
Safe Sport Framework
The Safe Sport Framework (SSF) is a comprehensive policy and procedures document that details our shared responsibilities for protecting children and members' welfare. It also replaces the previous child and member welfare policies and procedures. Click here for further details on SSF.
Play By the Rules
Play by the Rules provides information, resources, tools and free online training to increase the capacity and capability of administrators, coaches, officials, players, parents and spectators to assist them in preventing and dealing with discrimination, harassment, child safety, inclusion and integrity issues in sport.
